Terms of Use

Last updated: 31 October 2026

1. Acceptance

By using the Mood & Dua app or mooddua.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. The service

Mood & Dua provides prayer times, the Qibla direction, the Qur'an, duas, dhikr and related tools. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.

3. Religious content and prayer times

Prayer times are calculated and may differ by a few minutes from your local mosque; the Hijri calendar may differ by a day from local moon sighting. Duas, guides and rulings are offered for general guidance and are not a fatwa. For personal religious questions, consult a qualified scholar.

4. Premium, subscriptions and donations

Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app and in Google Play before you buy.
All payments are processed by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
Donations are voluntary, one-time and unlock no features.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app or website, attempt to disrupt them, or copy and redistribute their content in bulk without permission.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, texts and images belong to Mood & Dua or its licensors. The Qur'an text, translations and dua collections are used under the terms of their sources (see About).

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Mood & Dua is not liable for indirect damages or for losses resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

8. Privacy

How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the current version and its date are always on this page. Questions: [email protected].
